Wendell is the CEO and Co-founder of Offerpop. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Systinet (acquired by Mercury Interactive/ HP). He was also the Vice President of Business Development at eGain, a web customer service software, and Co-founder and CEO of Sitebridge (acquired by eGain). Before his jump into the start-up scene, he was the Director of Technology at Condé Nast Digital. He holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon.
Prakash is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Offerpop. Prior, he was the CEO of Spoken Hub, a grassroots political consulting firm; Operating Partner at Connect Capital; VP of Products at eGain; Co-founder and CTO of Sitebridge (acquired by eGain in 1999); and a technology advisor to the Democratic National Committee. He has also held tech roles at Goldman Sachs and Bell Communications Research. He holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mark is VP Customer and Co-founder of Offerpop. He has helped launch an array of online, mobile and media businesses, including the first TV product placement ratings service, Nielsen IAG, and the wireless industry’s first mobile virtual network operator, ESPN Mobile. He began his career building brand campaigns for leading consumer marketers in the US and Asia / Pacific, including NIKE, General Mills, and Apple. Mark is a regular contributor to American Express OPEN Forum, WIRED, and Social Media Today. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
Josh leads Offerpop’s global sales and business development teams. Prior to Offerpop, Josh served as VP Sales for Experian’s Audience IQ digital advertising solution, where he was responsible for developing initial market traction and building the sales team from the ground up. Previously, he worked as VP Sales for CheetahMail (acquired by Experian), helping it grow from start-up to a company grossing over $150 million in revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wagner College.
Kevin serves as VP Marketing for Offerpop. Previously, Kevin served as ExactTarget’s VP of Product & Solution Marketing, where he was responsible for the development and execution of ExactTarget’s go-to-market strategy, product launches, and the demand-generation programs that fueled ExactTarget’s growth through IPO. He has also held senior management positions with Webtrends and Commerce One. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest.
Cindy is the CFO of Offerpop. She has served as CFO for multiple Venture-Capital backed start-ups including GoodData, Black Duck Software, Frictionless (acquired by SAP) and TurnTo. She was also a Manager of Global Risk Management Solutions and Business Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Lawrence University, and a Master of Business Administration from Simmons College.
