Wendell Lansford

Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder

Wendell is the CEO and Co-founder of Offerpop. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Systinet (acquired by Mercury Interactive/ HP). He was also the Vice President of Business Development at eGain, a web customer service software, and Co-founder and CEO of Sitebridge (acquired by eGain). Before his jump into the start-up scene, he was the Director of Technology at Condé Nast Digital. He holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon.

Prakash Mishra

Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder

Prakash is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Offerpop. Prior, he was the CEO of Spoken Hub, a grassroots political consulting firm; Operating Partner at Connect Capital; VP of Products at eGain; Co-founder and CTO of Sitebridge (acquired by eGain in 1999); and a technology advisor to the Democratic National Committee. He has also held tech roles at Goldman Sachs and Bell Communications Research. He holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Amir Shub

Chief Product Officer

Amir is the Chief Product Officer of Offerpop leading both the product management and product marketing teams. Before joining Offerpop, Amir was the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at LivePerson, where he drove major initiatives of the company including new platform pricing, solution consulting, customer co-innovation efforts, and LivePerson’s go-to-market strategy over the past 6 years. Amir has also held additional positions at Informatica Corp., and Itemfield and was the Chief Architect and Director of R&D at Commtouch Software. Amir holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software and an MBA in Marketing.

Jason Schneider

Chief Revenue Officer

Jason is the Chief Revenue Officer of Offerpop responsible for both worldwide Sales and Customer Success. Before joining Offerpop, he was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Clarabridge a leading customer experience management company that, during Jason‘s leadership, experienced tremendous sales growth while maintaining industry best satisfaction and renewal rates . Before his jump into the start-up scene, he was the Director of Eastern Sales for Comverse Inc. and CSG Systems and was a Product Manager and Financial Manager for Lucent Technologies.

Mark Cooper

SVP Business Development, Co-founder

Mark is SVP of Business Development at Offerpop. He has helped launch an array of online, mobile and media businesses, including the first TV product placement ratings service, Nielsen IAG, and the wireless industry’s first mobile virtual network operator, ESPN Mobile. He began his career building brand campaigns for leading consumer marketers in the US and Asia / Pacific, including NIKE, General Mills, and Apple. Mark is a regular contributor to American Express OPEN Forum, WIRED, and Social Media Today. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

Michael E. Lee

VP of Finance

Michael leads Offerpop’s finance, people and operations teams. He was previously VP of Finance at H.Bloom, a venture-backed floral subscription company. Prior to that Michael led finance at MYHABIT, a subsidiary of Amazon.com. He also has nearly a decade of corporate experience at Citigroup, Kraft and Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Jason Shao

VP of Engineering

Jason leads all of Offerpop’s software development, architecture, and quality assurance efforts. Jason Shao was most recently the VP Engineering at PlaceIQ. Prior to that, Jason was VP Technology at PulsePoint.


Eric Schnadig
SVP WW Sales at Unica and Former Director
at Neolane

Eric is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with reputable experience leading and building high growth technology companies. He is currently the CEO of Tervela, a market leading cloud-orchestrated, big data SaaS technology. Eric formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors at Neolane, and also as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Unica Corporation—where he grew annual revenues from $3 million to an impressive $120 million.

Jeff Dachis
Founder and former CEO of Razorfish and Dachis Group

Jeff is a senior digital executive with over 20 years experience driving digital transformation and innovation. He is a visionary expert who co-founded and served as CEO and chairman of Razorfish, the transformational digital marketing brand. Additionally, Jeff was CEO and founder of Dachis Group, a big-data social analytics and consulting firm, acquired last year by Sprinklr.  A serial entrepreneur, Jeff serves as an advisor to and investor in a number of companies that exploit technology to disrupt traditional industries.

Evan Korth
CS Professor and Director of HackNY

Evan Korth is a Clinical Professor of Computer Science at NYU and a Venture Partner at Quotidian Ventures where he focuses on mentoring and developing the tech teams of their portfolio companies. He is currently serving as Executive Director of The New York City Foundation for Computer Science Education (CSNYC). Evan co-founded hackNY and is on the boards of the New York Tech Meetup, Internet Society of NY, and Girls Who Code.

D. Wayne Poole
Executive VP, Global Operations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

D. Wayne Poole was Executive Vice President, Global Operations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud via the acquisition of ExactTarget, Inc. in 2012. D.Wayne was a key executive team member from the start-up of ExactTarget in 2001 to over $500 million in Revenue by early 2015. He lead the major facets of the go-to-market strategy: global sales, demand gen, operations, and client success. Previously, D.Wayne spent ten years with Ford Motor Company in various management roles.
