Wendell Lansford

Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder

Wendell is the CEO and Co-founder of Offerpop. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Systinet (acquired by Mercury Interactive/ HP). He was also the Vice President of Business Development at eGain, a web customer service software, and Co-founder and CEO of Sitebridge (acquired by eGain). Before his jump into the start-up scene, he was the Director of Technology at Condé Nast Digital. He holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon.

Prakash Mishra

Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder

Prakash is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Offerpop. Prior, he was the CEO of Spoken Hub, a grassroots political consulting firm; Operating Partner at Connect Capital; VP of Products at eGain; Co-founder and CTO of Sitebridge (acquired by eGain in 1999); and a technology advisor to the Democratic National Committee. He has also held tech roles at Goldman Sachs and Bell Communications Research. He holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mark Cooper

SVP Product Marketing and Customer Success, Co-founder

Mark is SVP of Product Marketing and Customer Success at Offerpop. He has helped launch an array of online, mobile and media businesses, including the first TV product placement ratings service, Nielsen IAG, and the wireless industry’s first mobile virtual network operator, ESPN Mobile. He began his career building brand campaigns for leading consumer marketers in the US and Asia / Pacific, including NIKE, General Mills, and Apple. Mark is a regular contributor to American Express OPEN Forum, WIRED, and Social Media Today. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

Josh McBride

SVP Sales

Josh leads Offerpop’s global sales and business development teams. Prior to Offerpop, Josh served as VP Sales for Experian’s Audience IQ digital advertising solution, where he was responsible for developing initial market traction and building the sales team from the ground up. Previously, he worked as VP Sales for CheetahMail (acquired by Experian), helping it grow from start-up to a company grossing over $150 million in revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wagner College.

Teresa Thomas

VP of People

Teresa Thomas is Offerpop’s VP, People.  Teresa has served as the VP of Human Resources at Glam Media, SVP of Human Resources at Current TV, and HR Director – Media at Yahoo. She has a proven track record of building, motivating and leading successful teams of global HR professionals, as well as deep knowledge of global business/HR practices and the ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

Manisha Shah

VP Client Services

Prior to joining Offerpop Manisha was with Experian’s Marketing Services division where she managed and advised on enterprise CRM strategy for customers like American Express and Staples. She previously held a marketing analyst role at Nielsen. Manisha is a graduate of the S. I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University.

Michael E. Lee

VP of Finance

Michael leads Offerpop’s finance and accounting efforts. He was most recently the VP of Finance at H.Bloom, a floral subscription startup. Prior to that he led the finance team at MYHABIT, a subsidiary of Amazon.com. He also has nearly a decade of corporate experience at Citigroup, Kraft and Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Jason Shao

VP of Engineering

Jason leads all of Offerpop’s software development, architecture, and quality assurance efforts. Jason Shao was most recently the VP Engineering at PlaceIQ. Prior to that, Jason was VP Technology at PulsePoint.


Eric Schnadig
SVP WW Sales at Unica and Former Director
at Neolane

Eric is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with reputable experience leading and building high growth technology companies. He is currently the CEO of Tervela, a market leading cloud-orchestrated, big data SaaS technology. Eric formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors at Neoplane, and also as SVP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Unica Corporation—where he grew annual revenues from $3 million to an impressive $120 million.

Jeff Dachis
Founder and former CEO of Razorfish and Dachis Group

Jeff is a senior digital executive with over 20 years experience driving digital transformation and innovation. He is a visionary expert who co-founded and served as CEO and chairman of Razorfish, the transformational digital marketing brand. Additionally, Jeff was CEO and founder of Dachis Group, a big-data social analytics and consulting firm, acquired last year by Sprinklr.  A serial entrepreneur, Jeff serves as an advisor to and investor in a number of companies that exploit technology to disrupt traditional industries.

Evan Korth
CS Professor and Director of HackNY

Evan Korth is a Clinical Professor of Computer Science at NYU and a Venture Partner at Quotidian Ventures where he focuses on mentoring and developing the tech teams of their portfolio companies. He is currently serving as Executive Director of The New York City Foundation for Computer Science Education (CSNYC). Evan co-founded hackNY and is on the boards of the New York Tech Meetup, Internet Society of NY, and Girls Who Code.
